Here is a personal fact about Shelby-She is afraid of failure even though she knows that is how she learns and improves. Shelby holds VBA services so high that she NEVER wants to let VBA’s clients down. She knows VBA has the best, most understanding, clients and when something doesn’t work out like it should it is not the end of the world (even though it feels like it). It is a learning lesson on how VBA can improve. Shelby holds herself and VBA to be perfect, here is the truth, nothing is perfect. We are all human (yes, VBA is run by humans not robots ;-).) we all make mistakes or things happen that are out of our control. This has been a personal journey for Shelby working on not only her OCD but forgiving herself when things do not go as planned and learning from them.
