1. Pick 12 words from the list that you want to bring with you/work on improving for 2020.

2. Write then on a paper and also write 2019.

3. From a scale of 1-10 (10 being best) rate where that word showed up in your 2019 life.

4. Put all your 12 words in a jar. Draw one word each month to work on.

5. Put on the paper where you want that word to show up in your 2020 life.

6. At the end of the month put where it showed up in that month and draw a new word and do the same thing.

7. Post the words somewhere you can see them as you draw them.

8. When 2020 ends write on the a scale of 1-10 where they showed up for you in 2020. Hopefully they number went up from 2019.
