One thing that has to be remembered by all businesses is that when you have core values and have established them, you NEED to have follow through.

One thing that is important is talking to all levels of individuals within your company and state outright these values. You also should recognize that when you talk the talk, you need to walk the walk. This also applies to your employees.

If you say 'People First", then management as well as you need to apply this. Do not be obnoxious gits to people regardless of who they are to you or the company. The same with the staff under them.

If the leader of the group doesn't practice the core values of your company, why would the employees under their management? If you're not having these core values upheld, then why do you have them?

It's rather simple: PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH!
