Be Inclusive and Diverse

One of the biggest tips I can share to nurture creativity within the workplace is fostering an inclusive and diverse team.

Individuals from multiple departments (and cultures) should go out and communicate with each other. This allows ideas to flow and be built upon within different departments and gets everyone on the same page.
