If you're like me you have piles and piles of notes from trainings. You get home and have no idea what to with them.

Here is a great new approach to taking notes.

Have 2 columns or 2 different sets of notes.

1 title: What I am going to apply to my life/routine/start doing now.

2 title: What can I share/teach others.

After the event/seminar/training you can review your notes and take action in both areas.

It does no service in helping you or others if the information you learn does not get implemented or shared.
